Jail time for Americans but not Canadians:

I have call FMEP and ask why it wasnt agaisnt the law not to pay.They just told me that's the law and I had to research on how to change this law. Something about complaining to goverment.

I've googled"arrests for not paying child support" and only found US news of men going to jail.
