this is what she message me:
I will submit your file for approval for a default hearing. A default hearing does not guarantee payments but it will make the payor have to appear and explain why he has not paid. If we can obtain a Order to pay with jail time and the payor defaults on it then we can ask the judge to put the payor in jail. The decision will be up to the judge. Thank you.
